Caz Sayles Doula

I’m a Mum of two fully fledged adults and a grandma to one gorgeous little one.

I’ve been a doula for over 5 years and am a qualified nursery nurse, youth worker and massage therapist.

I’ve been obsessed by birth since I was a child and almost started midwifery training when I was 17. But that path never felt right to me. I knew my role was to serve parents holistically. And becoming a doula and hypnobirthing instructor has allowed me to do that.

I’m a huge birth geek, a fierce advocate and a gentle presence all wrapped in one ❤️
