Hi, I'm Frey - dutch doula who has lived in Scotland for over a decade, mum to two boys, farm partner, birth-nerd and life-long learner. Starting my journey as a doula in 2022, supporting families in The Scottish Borders, Edinburgh and The Lothians. I have experience with both home births and hospital births across four different hospitals, from physiological hands-off births to births involving epidurals and more monitoring.
