My services include emotional support ,comfort and advocacy guidance throughout the parenting journey , providing education about pregnancy , labor the postpartum period and breastfeeding. I prepare partners to advocate and support the birthing person . I offer information as well as emotional support and reassurance.
I offer breathing and relaxation technique's , I offer suggestions for comfort measures and positions and offer help to parents while settling in with their new baby.
