Jael is a full-spectrum doula, birth educator and family wellbeing practitioner with a deep passion for supporting families through the transformative journey into parenthood. Her approach is rooted in informed choice, compassionate care, cultural awareness and the belief that every family deserves to feel heard, respected and empowered.
With several years of experience supporting families, Jael provides personalised antenatal, birth and postnatal support, helping parents feel prepared, confident and emotionally held throughout their journey. Her work particularly centres the experiences of Black families and advocates for greater equity, representation and culturally sensitive care within maternity services.
Alongside her doula work, Jael works with children, families and communities through wellbeing, mentoring and movement-based programmes. Her overall ethos is simple: you don't have to do it alone.
